Program Goal

- Compete for Results
- Team Synergy & Culture

Expectations:

  • Training - 2 - 4 training sessions per week
  • Gameplay - November to May participation, 3 - 5  events per year

General Priorities:

  • Speed, Agility, and Quickness Development (SAQ)
  • Psycho-social development and teamwork development
  • Motor skill, coordination, and athletic performance development 

Technical Priority:

  • Advanced Ball Mastery
  • Advanced Ability to Apply Technical Skillsets (Decision Making) 

Tactical Priority:

  • Team Development > Individual Development
  • Advanced Systems of Play (Formations)
  • Development of Attacking & Defending Roles with Positional Guidelines

Playing Time Expectations:

  • Playing time is competitive & earned in games.  PLaying time is equitable in showcase events.  Players will play in every match.
